Monolith Dayboard

Monolith Dayboard terms of use

Effective September 12, 2026

These terms describe use of Monolith Dayboard, a local calendar application from Endgame Training and Consultation Solutions, LLC (Endgame Solutions). By using Dayboard, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy.

Purpose and permitted use

Dayboard provides a read-only view of Google Calendar for personal planning. Use it only with accounts and calendars you are authorized to access, and in accordance with applicable laws and Google’s terms. Do not use it to bypass access controls, collect another person’s calendar without permission, or misrepresent your authority.

Dayboard does not create, edit, or delete calendar events. Your calendar content remains yours, subject to your relationship with Google and anyone who owns a shared calendar. Using Dayboard does not transfer ownership of that content to Endgame.

Your account and device

You choose which Google account to connect and are responsible for the security of your computer, browser, and KDE Wallet. Calendar information can be visible to anyone who can view an unlocked Dayboard window. Only connect an account on a device you trust.

You can stop using Dayboard at any time. Follow the disconnect and removal instructions to remove the saved local connection and, if desired, revoke access in Google.

Accuracy, availability, and support

Dayboard is under development and is provided as available. Google Calendar remains the authoritative schedule. Network failures, account changes, software defects, time-zone handling, or delayed refreshes can affect the displayed information. Confirm time-sensitive commitments directly in Google Calendar.

Dayboard is not an emergency alert service or a guaranteed reminder system. Endgame does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent authorization, or a particular support response time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Google may change its services or revoke authorization, and a locked wallet or expired grant may require you to reconnect. Google services are subject to Google’s own terms. Dayboard is an independent Endgame application; no Google sponsorship or verification is claimed.

Changes and contact

Features and these terms may change as Dayboard develops. Updated terms will be posted here with their effective date. Any change to how Google data is used will be handled as described in the privacy policy.

Questions about these terms can be sent to assessment@endgametrainingandconsultation.com. Separate paid work, if agreed, is governed by its own written engagement terms.
