Bring enough context to begin well.

Describe the work as it actually happens—not as the procedure manual insists it happens.

Name the repeated delay, contradiction, confusion, rework, exposure, or failure point.

Who must use the result?
Identify the people, roles, skill levels, access needs, and operating conditions.

What does better look like?
Define a useful change without inventing an outcome metric you cannot support.

What must not happen?
List privacy, safety, policy, technical, cost, schedule, or change-management constraints.

What already exists?
Bring representative documents, files, tools, examples, and prior attempts—but redact sensitive information first.
