PRIVACY + OPERATING BOUNDARIES

Useful work requires a clear edge.

A good idea is not automatically a current service.

This page explains Endgame’s privacy posture, engagement boundaries, and rules for using AI in client work. Engagement-specific terms will be provided in writing.

01

Minimize client information

  • Collect and retain only what the engagement requires.
  • Redact, anonymize, or substitute representative information where practical.
  • Keep each client’s files and working context appropriately separated.
  • Never request passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card data, or unrelated private records.
02

Use AI with permission and review

  • Obtain permission before placing client information into third-party AI systems.
  • Identify uncertainty and distinguish generated suggestions from verified professional judgment.
  • Require human review for consequential, external, safety-related, financial, personnel, policy, or instructional material.
  • Never delegate legal, medical, disciplinary, employment, eligibility, emergency, or threat decisions to AI.
03

Define the engagement

  • State inputs, outputs, exclusions, acceptance criteria, client responsibilities, and support period.
  • Document changes instead of allowing the scope to expand invisibly.
  • Prefer finite support that builds client capability over permanent dependency.
  • Do not guarantee safety, compliance, prevention, savings, accuracy, uptime, or business outcomes.

WEBSITE + INTAKE NOTICE

The website does not collect client files or silently feed a marketing machine.

Initial assessment requests are sent by email to assessment@endgametrainingandconsultation.com. Do not include sensitive or confidential material in the first message. If work proceeds, Endgame will define what information is actually needed, how it may be used, and the responsibilities on both sides. This page describes operating principles; it is not a substitute for engagement-specific legal terms.
