Modular training. Practical plans. Measurable readiness.
Endgame engagements are designed to scale. We start with the Endgame Assessment, then apply the right modules to your environment — not a generic “one-size” binder that gathers dust.

The Endgame Assessment
Every new client starts with a comprehensive on-site assessment. The deliverable is a clear, data-backed report outlining vulnerabilities and a recommended plan of action. The assessment fee can be credited toward a larger package.
Pricing is structured for clarity: hourly consultation for small requests, project-based fees for specific deliverables, and retainer options for ongoing advisory. Community training is offered at reduced or sliding-scale rates where appropriate.
